Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our products are selected to meet the highest
standards of quality. If you are not satisfied
with your completed order, return it to us within 15 days
of receipt in the original packaging for a full refund
less the cost of shipping. If you receive a damaged item,
return it and we will credit you with the return shipping
and replace your order at no additional cost to you. Be
sure to include a replacement photo. If you used a credit
card we will credit your card. We highly recommended that
you retain a copy of your original photo(s) (see item
below regarding duplicate photographs).

Silhouette Photo uses PayPal - the global
leader in online payments. Since we are a PayPal
verified merchant, you can be assured that we
have successfully completed PayPal's verification system
by providing proof that we have opened an account at a
bank or other financial institution. Because these institutions
are required by law to screen account holders, PayPal's
verification process increases security when you pay online.

protecting your privacy. The information you
provide during registering or purchasing is kept private
-- we do not sell or exchange names or any other information
about our online customers with third parties.
Shipping & Handling
Most of our orders are shipped via U.S. Postal service,

Duplicate Photographs
We use the photograph you send to create your photo-silhouette.
If you would like us to make a copy of your photo(s) and
return it along with the photo-silhouette we will. There
is an additional charge for each copy that we reproduce.
Copyrighted photos cannot be reproduced without the written
permission of the professional photographer. Silhouette
Photo, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for
use of professional photographs.
